Jon Appleton takes on Tokyo in his tuxedo walking the streets in an attempt to sample Japanese culture. Throughout the day he meets musicians, fast food servers, department store guards, political radicals, subway goers, young tourists, video games, an eight armed stilt man and a door that goes nowhere.
